The Real Story Behind RAD
So I built RAD.
Not to be another agency.
But to be the agency I wish I had found when I needed real support.
RAD is rooted in real strategy, but powered by real people. We don’t take over your brand. We partner with you to understand your voice, your goals, your values, and your vision , and then we help bring all of that to life with clarity, consistency, and creativity that actually works.
Whether you’re just starting or scaling fast, we meet you where you are. We use smart tools (yes, including AI), streamlined systems, and a whole lot of intention to build marketing that feels aligned not overwhelming.
If you’ve ever felt like no one gets what you’re building, or like you’re doing everything you can and still not seeing results, I want you to know, you’re not alone.
And you don’t have to keep doing this on your own.
Thank you for being here. Truly.
If you’re one of our long-time clients, I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart.
You are the reason RAD exists and grows.
And if you’re new here, welcome.
I hope our team is the perfect fit for your business, and I genuinely cannot wait to get to know you and your company’s goals.
Let’s make your next move the one that changes everything.
Stay RAD,
— Katie VanMalsen
Founder, RAD Marketing Management
Hi, I’m Katie VanMalsen founder of RAD Marketing Management.
And to be honest, this business wasn’t born out of a perfectly polished plan. It came from being in it. From feeling the pressure. From watching people with real passion and potential get stuck, burned, or ignored by the very agencies that were supposed to help them grow.
I’ve been there too.
I’ve spent thousands of dollars trying to learn from the best. I’ve signed with “proven experts” and followed all the strategies. I’ve trusted agencies that preached leadership and relationships, only to be handed another generic plan that didn’t fit me and didn’t work.
And that left me feeling frustrated, unseen, and like maybe I just wasn’t cut out for this.
But I knew I wasn’t the only one.
Why I Built RAD (and Why It’s Different)
